Job Responsibilities:

• Handle pre and post tender documentations and contract.
• Take off measurement and preparation for tender submission.
• Prepare materials take off for procurement and production for new and existing projects.
• Evaluate subcontractor's progress payments and variation claims
• Cost control, project budgeting and final account.
• Preparation of monthly progress claim to consultant.
  Preparation of variation orders for submission
• Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying for Civil & Structural is an added advantage
• Construction industry for buildings project are preferred.
• Good communication skills and experience in negotiation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills – Words, Excels
