SUPERVISOR

• Responsible for all day to day management, ensuring smooth running of the operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines while leading a team to complete customer orders on time.
• Collaborate with project engineers and managers, supervise and motivate workers, and assess performance to identify training needs.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Coordinate with project engineers and managers to ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of workers to achieve operational goals.
• Evaluate worker performance regularly and identify training needs to enhance team capabilities.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly personality, Positive attitude and Team player.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Build teamwork to improve productivity.
• Any other duties as assigned.
