Recruitment Officer (Insurance / Sales)

• Well Established Company
• Salary: $3000 - $3800 + Commission
• Location: Alexandra
• Working hours: (Mon – Fri) 10am to 6pm
• Training Provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and identify potential candidates through social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment platforms

• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screenings

• Coordinate interviews, recruitment activities, and onboarding processes

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective Financial Consultants and agency leaders

• Support recruitment campaigns, career talks, and branding events

• Work closely with directors and managers on manpower planning and hiring needs

• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare recruitment reports

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment journey

• Assist in organizing agency training sessions and recruitment events

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Sales / Recruitment / Insurance Industry is a plus

• Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset

• No experience required - training is provided
