Project Coordinator (Engineering)

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Project Coordinator (Engineering) to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Project Coordinator
• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri, 8am to 5.30pm; Sat, 8am to 12pm)
• Salary Package: Basic + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the execution of ACMV projects, including project scheduling, preventive maintenance, delivery, and installation activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management.
• Organize project meetings, track action items, and assist in resolving project-related issues.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.
• Process product certifications (such as ISO, SGBC documentation)
• Manage incoming inventory by verifying deliveries and maintaining accurate stock records.
• Support procurement activities and coordinate with suppliers as required.
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, technical support, or engineering administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management is an advantage.
• Able to work on Saturdays (half day).
