Technical Support Engineer (Construction/ Civil) - Training Provided

Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team:

• Employment Type: Permanent
• Position: Technical Support Engineer
• Location: Southwest
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
• Salary Package: Up to $5,200 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering solutions and technical support to customers, as well as the sales and marketing teams, including technical submissions, proposals, quotations, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Respond to technical enquiries from clients, architects, consultants, and contractors during both pre-sales and post-sales stages.
• Assist in developing practical engineering solutions using structural calculations and relevant design standards to meet project requirements.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Support business development by conducting technical presentations and engaging consultants to secure product specifications.
• Work closely with internal teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities and support continuous product improvement.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Familiar with MS Office, CAD and Revit.
