Our esteemed client in the Engineering industry is seeking a Sales/ Key Account Executive to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Sales/ Key Account Executive
- Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,800 + Mobile Allowance + Commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers, ensuring timely resolution of enquiries and issues.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with market trends, products, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights for management.
- Support the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline. Inexperienced candidates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
- Prior experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support, Business Development, or the manufacturing sector will be an advantage.
- Bilingual in English and Korean to liaise with Korean-speaking customers/suppliers.
- Willing to travel overseas when required for customer visits, business development, or project support.
