Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Operations Crew Member with a Class 3 or 4 driving license to join our dedicated team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting bereaved families and ensuring smooth, dignified funeral operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer comfort and assistance to bereaved families
• Collect and transport the deceased with professionalism and care
• Support family members throughout rites, rituals (all religions), and funeral processions
• Present eulogies (all religions) to family members on the funeral day
• Assist with ash collection and other related duties
• Transport flowers, backdrops, and logistics for wake setup
• Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of company vehicles, equipment, and facilities
• Uphold service excellence and quality control standards
• Project a positive and professional image at all times
• Resolve operational challenges effectively
• Perform other operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 3 and/or 4 Driving License as driving of hearse is required
• Due to job nature, working during wee hours, weekends & public holidays are required
• Basic computer literacy
• Capable of safely lifting, carrying, and handling coffins weighing from 80 kg.
• Conversant in Mandarin effectively as required during Chinese funeral rituals
