Sales & Marketing Executive (Property/Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project targets.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline and conversion rates; recommend improvements.
• Support sales team management and coordinate with external partners.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, PR and events.
• Manage marketing agencies, vendors and promotional materials.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise marketing strategies.
• Support property project launches from pre-launch to post-launch stages.
• Coordinate project timelines and ensure accuracy of sales and marketing materials.
• Manage customer enquiries and maintain relationships with property agents and partners.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis.
• Assist in managing marketing budgets and expenditure tracking.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales and marketing.
• Experience in property project launches and collaboration with property agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
