CCTV Service Technician

Job Description:

• In charge of execution of service and maintenance workflow.
• Responsible for liaising closely with client representatives on all service and maintenance related issues.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Assisting the supervisor in employing teams on service deliveries and distribute responsibilities.
• Responsible in providing support to supervisor in ensuring the timely delivery and completion of troubleshoot, service and maintenance of security systems at clients’ premises.
• Familiarise yourself and deliver customer satisfaction base on each client's business, organization and objectives.
• Ensure that works carried out are in compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Min 2 year of working experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must
• Possess Class 2 or 3 driving license
