Media Partnership Manager

Job Description

• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with partner managers and channel managers at Google, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin and other major advertising platforms.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure agency incentives, rebates, credit facilities, product resources and beta program opportunities.
• Identify and develop new platform partnership opportunities to strengthen the company's media ecosystem.
• Agency Qualification Management
• Lead the application, onboarding, maintenance and renewal of agency certifications across major global advertising platforms.
• Build and maintain agency qualifications for regional and domestic advertising platforms.
• Evaluate partnership models, rebate structures, payment terms and qualification requirements across advertising platforms.
• Recommend the optimal partnership strategy based on the company's business objectives.
• Existing relationships with partnership managers or commercial teams at Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin or other major advertising platforms are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media partnerships, agency partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and other major advertising platforms.
• Experience in developing and managing partnerships with advertising platforms, agencies, or key media partners.
• Familiarity with agency qualification requirements, partnership programs, rebate structures, commercial incentives, and onboarding processes is highly preferred.
• Existing relationships with Account Managers, Partner Managers, or Commercial Teams at Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, or other advertising platforms is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
