Clinic Assistant

• Perform frontline operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral bookings, and cashiering duties when required
• Attend to walk-in patients, phone enquiries, and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
• Support doctors in language translation when needed
• Maintain accurate and organised patient records.
• Ensure proper management of drug inventory
• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations
• Perform phlebotomy duties when required
• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
• Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators for presentation to management
• Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

Job Qualification:

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Levels, NITEC or Diploma Holders
• Valid phlebotomy certificate (If any)
• Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
• Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel.

• Able to multitask, PC literate, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• A good team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 5.5 work week
