About this job

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Program Director in managing multiple workstreams, sub-projects, and cross-functional teams across a regional/global SAP transformation program.

  • Lead and coordinate the rollout and integration of SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and related systems/interfaces across regions and business functions.

  • Develop and manage the overall program plan, including master timeline, project charter, resource planning, budget, governance, reporting, risks, and deliverables.

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.

  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business requirements and improve integration across business units, regions, and functions.

  • Establish program structures, facilitate project kick-offs and workshops, build high-performing teams, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

  • Lead key project meetings and provide clear, timely updates and presentations to senior management and project stakeholders.

  • Identify risks, issues, conflicts, and project bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution by coordinating the appropriate teams and subject matter experts.

  • Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and reporting, and implement corrective actions where required.

  • Assess business priorities, challenge stakeholders when necessary, and drive decisions to ensure program objectives and timelines are achieved.

  • Manage both internal teams and external vendors/partners, ensuring effective solution integration and delivery.

  • Provide coaching and guidance to project managers, team members, and stakeholders to maintain clear priorities and effective collaboration.

  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and communicate lessons learned and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

  • Apply both Waterfall and Agile methodologies depending on project requirements.

  • Travel within the APAC region as required, approximately 25% or more.

Requirements:

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.

  • 8–10+ years of experience managing full lifecycle ERP/SAP business transformation projects.

  • 6–8+ years of Project Management/PMO experience, ideally as an in-house IT leader managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong experience in regional/global SAP implementations.

  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, is an advantage.

  • Good understanding of end-to-end Sales, Manufacturing, and/or Finance processes.

  • Industry experience in Consumer Electronics is preferred; candidates from Energy, Automotive, Telecommunications, or other non-finance industries are also welcome.

  • Strong experience in project governance, KPI/dashboard development, risk management, issue resolution, and corrective action planning.

  • Hands-on approach with the ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, engage the right experts, and drive issues through to resolution.

  • Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance business needs against overall program objectives.

  • Proven experience managing internal teams, external vendors, system integrators, and subject matter experts.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear management-level insights and actions.

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong presentation and management communication abilities.

  • Strong planning and execution skills, including detailed milestone tracking, issue management, and deliverable monitoring.

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
