Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Construction (Subcontractor)
• Position Title: Salesperson
• Working Location: Ubi
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm; Sat, 9.00am – 1.00pm)
• Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Incentive + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a good understanding of our flooring product range (e.g., carpet tiles, luxury vinyl tiles, laminates, rugs, and others).
• Engage with customers during roadshows and attend international exhibitions when required.
• Learn key product features and selling points, and explain the benefits clearly to customers.
• Build new client relationships through proactive outreach (e.g., cold-calling and walk-ins), and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Review contract terms and understand how they may impact the company and the customer.
• Communicate clearly and confidently, address customer questions, and support the sales closing process.

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-related role.
• Able to present product ranges to business partners (e.g., architects, builders, and interior designers).
• Proficient with MS Office and online reporting tools.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence.
