About the role 💬

Consultative face-to-face sales — establishing what a customer actually needs before recommending anything. Clients span telecommunications, consumer services and the non-profit sector.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage customers at assigned sites and assess their requirements
• Recommend suitable products, or advise where none fit
• Explain terms, pricing and contractual details accurately
• Complete sign-ups and ensure documentation meets client compliance standards
• Meet weekly sign-up targets
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Strong listener, patient with detailed questions
• Comfortable telling a customer a product is not right for them
• No prior experience required. Fresh graduates welcome.
