Assistant Project Coordinator

The Assistant Project Coordinator provides essential support to project teams by assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. This role ensures smooth communication between stakeholders, monitors project schedules, and helps manage documentation and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives. The Assistant Project Coordinator also helps with project drawings and site measurements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Support in project coordination and supervision

· Assist in preparing project timelines, installation work schedules, and task lists

· Maintain and organise project documentation

· Assist in the preparation of progress reports and status updates

· Track the availability and reservation of materials, tools, and personnel to meet project needs

· Prepare project drawings using AutoCAD

· Perform site visits to conduct accurate measurements for installations and project planning

· Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.

· At least 2 years of experience working with construction sites.

· Basic command of English both spoken and written.

· Conversational Chinese is a bonus.

· Has experience in preparing AutoCAD drawings.

· Possesses Class 3 driving license.

· Tenacious personality and able to work in rugged conditions at site.

· Detail-oriented, highly organized and proactive
