Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented remote consultant to join our digital operations team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with client communications, app performance tracking, and marketing administration. No prior experience in digital marketing or software is necessary—we provide structured, hands-on training to get you up to speed.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete entry-level digital marketing administrative tasks, including uploading app metadata, organizing creative visual assets, and setting up campaign tracking parameters.

• Assist in monitoring basic app performance metrics (e.g., user ratings, review trends, and store keyword performance).

• Respond to end-user reviews on app store platforms using company-provided templates and guidelines.

• Coordinate with internal growth managers and technical teams to support client deliverable schedules.

• Participate in guided training sessions to learn proprietary marketing software and app analytics tools.
