Marketing Executive – Funeral Services

Location: Toa Payoh
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $4,500/month

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing initiatives within the funeral services industry. The ideal candidate is someone who is creative, empathetic, and comfortable working in a meaningful service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Manage social media platforms and develop engaging content
• Coordinate marketing materials, events, promotions and outreach activities
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends
• Support branding and digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Assist with other marketing and business development activities as required

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management and content creation is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative, organised and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Mature and empathetic personality, with the ability to handle a sensitive industry professionally
• Candidates with experience in the funeral, healthcare, hospitality or service industries will be an added advantage.
