AI Content Marketing & Activation Associate

The AI Marketing and Content Associate will support the Company Digital InfraCo marketing team in developing content and delivering marketing activities for its digital infrastructure and AI businesses.

The individual will use generative AI and digital tools to support research, content development, social media, campaigns and events. The role will work closely with members of the marketing team and other internal stakeholders to turn business and technical information into clear and engaging marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Enabled Content Development

• Use generative AI tools to support content research, ideation, drafting, editing and repurposing.
• Develop marketing content such as:
• LinkedIn posts
• - Website copy
• - Email communications
• - Short articles
• - Event invitations
• - Presentation materials
• - Video scripts and interview questions
• Adapt existing content into different formats for social media, email, websites and events.
• Check AI-generated content for accuracy, tone, brand consistency and appropriate use.
• Maintain content calendars and support the coordination of reviews and approvals.

Digital Marketing Support

• Schedule and publish content on digital channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, websites and email platforms.
• Assist with basic website and landing-page content updates.
• Monitor content performance, including impressions, engagement, clicks, views and website traffic.
• Prepare simple reports on marketing and content performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve content based on audience response and performance data.
• Explore new AI and digital tools that could improve the speed or quality of marketing execution.

Event and Campaign Execution

• Support the coordination of customer events, conferences, webinars, executive engagements and partner activities.
• Assist with event invitations, registration, presentation materials, branding, attendee communications and onsite logistics.
• Maintain event timelines, checklists and attendee lists.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors on assigned event requirements.
• Support post-event activities such as social media content, attendee follow-up, event summaries and reporting.
• Help convert event discussions, presentations and recordings into reusable marketing content.

Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate assigned deliverables and ensure that deadlines are met.
• Maintain organised records of content, creative assets and event materials.
• Support the preparation of marketing briefs and presentation decks.
• Work with designers, agencies and other external partners when required.
• Carry out other content, digital marketing and event-related activities assigned by the marketing team.

KPIs

• Content and event deliverables completed according to agreed timelines.
• Consistent and appropriate use of AI tools in day-to-day marketing work.
