About Hypha

Hypha is a self-serve retail concept with a mission to bring together and support Singapore’s local F&B brands.

From our vending machine platforms to Hypha Provisions Flagship Store, our curated self-serve retail concept, we create new spaces for local F&B brands to reach more customers and for consumers to discover unique Singapore-made products.

We are a growing and hands-on team, and we’re looking for someone creative who enjoys food, social media and design to join us!

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Design Intern to support our day-to-day content creation and social media activities.

You will work closely with our team to create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other digital platforms. This is a hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to be involved in content planning, photography, video creation, graphic design and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and produce engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Plan and develop social media content around our products, local F&B brands, promotions and campaigns.

• Take photos and videos of products, the outlet and behind-the-scenes activities.

• Edit short-form videos and reels for social media.

• Design simple graphics, promotional materials, stories and social media posts.

• Assist with developing creative concepts, content ideas and campaign themes.

• Manage and organise social media content and posting schedules.

• Monitor social media trends and identify content ideas that are relevant to our audience.

• Support the team in photography, videography and content production during launches, events and promotions.

• Work with our local F&B brand partners to create content that showcases their products.

• Assist with other marketing and creative projects when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Mass Communications, Design, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.

• Passionate about social media, content creation, design and F&B.

• Familiar with platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools.

• Comfortable with taking photos and videos using a smartphone or camera.

• Basic video editing skills are an advantage.

• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new ideas.

• Good sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail.

• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
