Legal Admin Executive (Law Firm, KYC)

• Provide administrative and office support to the legal team, including document preparation, correspondence, and file management.
• Maintain client records, process file opening/closing, conduct KYC checks, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate billing, monitor schedules and key deadlines, and support the firm's daily administrative operations.
• Manage incoming calls, enquiries, visitors, office supplies, and assist with document archiving and retrieval.
• Handle data entry and ensure records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Familiar with KYC procedures, client onboarding, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
