Contract Manager / Senior Contracts Manager(QS / Quantity Surveyor) General Building Project experience

· Review contractualrequirements

· Provide advice oncontractual matters

· Oversee and managecontractual claims, disputes, settlements and resolution of each projects

· Oversee and tracking forprogress of construction and milestone achievement of each projects

· Maintain and developrelations with authority, clients, consultants and business partners

· Involve in tendermanagement and coordination

Requirements:

· A recognized degree inQuantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

· Minimum 5 years ofrelevant working experience in the construction industry
