Service Crew - Japanese Soup Curry Restaurant

About us

Soup Curry by Ki-setsu is a new Japanese soup curry concept (the first in Singapore), under the Ki-setsu Group, in Singapore, located at Fortune Centre. We serve hearty Japanese-style soup curry with deep-fried vegetables, rice, and comforting curry broth.

About the role

We are looking for a Service Crew to join our front-of-house team and help create a warm, friendly, and efficient dining experience for our guests. This role is suitable for someone with a good attitude, service mindset, and willingness to learn.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take customer orders accurately and assist with menu recommendations

• Serve food and drinks to customers during lunch and dinner service

• Help explain the soup curry concept and menu items to customers when required

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

• Support daily opening and closing duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, tables, chairs, menus, and customer-facing areas at all times

• Assist with simple packing of takeaway orders when required

About you

• Service experience in F&B, restaurant, café, or casual dining preferred

• No experience may be considered for candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn

• Friendly, polite, and comfortable speaking with customers

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Responsible, punctual, clean, and well-groomed

• Able to work as part of a small team

• Comfortable with standing, walking, and handling service duties during meal periods
