Job Title: Interior Designer (Commercial Projects)

Company Overview
3+i Design Pte Ltd is an interior design and renovation company specialising in commercial and office fit-out projects in Singapore. We are looking for a passionate and responsible Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and liaise with clients to understand project requirements and design objectives
• Prepare design concepts, space planning and presentation materials
• Prepare project costing, budgeting and fit-out quotations
• Produce detailed construction drawings and 3D visualisations
• Conduct site measurements and site surveys
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders
• Liaise with building management/landlords for necessary permits and submissions
• Support project execution from concept to completion

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of interior design experience in renovation or construction, preferably commercial projects
• Proficient in:
– AutoCAD
– 3D modelling (3ds Max V-Ray or SketchUp)
– Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
– Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong project coordination and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines
• Ability to communicate in English.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Salary

SGD 3,500 – SGD 5,000 per month
(Commensurate with experience)
Additional project incentives available.
