Accounts Assistant

• Assist in accounting functions (AP & AR)
• Recording daily financial transactions to maintain proper and accurate accounting records.
• Assist in the process of monthly closing, audit, bank reconciliation and GST matters.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of the payment cycle for the vendor invoices.
• Liaise with vendors for statements of accounts (SOA) and reconciliation of vendors' statements and balances.
• Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files.
• Bank related duties.
• Any other adhoc finance duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification(s) with minimum 0-2 years of relavant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications will be an added-advantage.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
• Willing to work in Joo Koon area [3 bus stops away]

Working hours: Mon - Fri 0800 to 1730
