Material Handler (Logistics & Warehouse)

Ichor is expanding and looking for a Material Handler to join our Logistics team in Singapore, supporting the timely and accurate movement of materials across our operations. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing and inventory transactions to ensure materials are available when needed. This is a great opportunity to build your materials and inventory management skills in a global semiconductor manufacturing environment. This role is a 5-day work week and requires flexibility to support overtime and weekend work when required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming materials against delivery documents.
• Store materials accurately in designated locations for easy retrieval.
• Pick and move materials to production or shipping areas as required.
• Pack, label and prepare materials for shipment.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Update material movements and inventory transactions in Oracle.
• Identify and report material discrepancies or damaged items.
• Follow workplace safety requirements and safe material-handling practices.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

• GCE N-Level, O-Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in material handling, warehouse, logistics or a related environment.
• Basic knowledge of inventory, packing and shipping processes.
• Hands-on experience with material handling tools and processes.
• Able to count and verify material quantities accurately.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials of up to 20kg.
• Responsible and reliable team player with a hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable using computer systems for inventory transactions; experience with Oracle or Agile is preferred.
