Media and Broadcasting Director

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive media plans, including paid, earned, and owned media tactics.

• Manage and mentor a team of media professionals, providing guidance and coaching to achieve goals and drive performance.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and analytics, to ensure media plans align with overall marketing objectives.

• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform media strategies and drive innovation.

• Oversee media budget and ensure efficient and effective use of resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree and above in any field.

• At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in media planning and management, with a track record of delivering results.

• Strong network of media contacts.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in media analytics tools and software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

• Experience with digital media and social media platforms.
