Project Manager

Job Description

• Manage full-cycle construction projects from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders while leading on-site teams to ensure timelines, quality standards, and project success through clear communication.
• Conduct thorough quality control inspections and promptly address compliance issues to ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Implement best practices in sustainability and green building initiatives where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, specifically with major A&A works and ERSS/piling projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project planning, contract management, and site execution.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
