Job Summary

As a Project Engineer (Geotechnical), you will coordinate site activities, ensure technical compliance, and support project delivery from planning through execution to drive successful geotechnical project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor geotechnical works across multiple project sites to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project progress and resolve issues
• Prepare detailed technical reports, method statements, and documentation to secure project approvals and maintain records
• Conduct site inspections and supervise geotechnical activities to enforce compliance with safety standards and project specifications
• Support instrumentation monitoring by collecting, interpreting, and reporting data to inform project decisions
• Manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively, and track deliverables to meet project milestones
• Develop and implement engineering solutions to address site challenges and maintain quality control throughout project phases
• Communicate clearly and coordinate across teams to solve problems and ensure project objectives are met
• Work independently to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently while adhering to local codes and safety regulations

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience (fresh graduates may also apply)
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, and construction processes
