- Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
- Coordinate training and grant administration
- Assist with payroll inputs and verification
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Support employee engagement activities and staff events
- Handle benefits, invoices and general HR administration
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
- Min. 1 year of HR experience is welcome
- Familiar with Singapore employment legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent, proactive and a good team player
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous
