Our client, a renowned MNC is seeking for a Payroll Assistant Manager (Vendor Management) / MNC - Salary up to $ 7,000.00 + Attractive Bonuses / Central area

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in HR or Finance or Accounts or Business or relevant
• At least 6 years experience in Payroll Vendor Management though Service Level Agreement (SLA) review cadence. Overseeing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple entities in a high volume and fast pace environment.
• Familiarity and understanding of local statutory and tax requirements is a must
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in Payroll transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and continuous improvement projects within the Payroll function.
• Team Player, Independent, confident and high perseverance.
