Senior Salesforce Solution Architect

The client is a leading Asia-based consulting and technology services firm that helps organizations drive digital transformation, business process improvement, and enterprise system implementation across industries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.

· Drive requirements workshops, define integration architectures, and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, including standard vs. customized solutions.

· Support the full project lifecycle from solutioning and documentation through configuration, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

· Partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and contribute to presales activities, including solution proposals and effort estimations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· 8 years of Salesforce consulting and implementation experience with the ability to independently lead functional and technical workstreams.

· Strong expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, OmniStudio, APIs, integrations, middleware, and solution architecture.

· Hands-on experience in at least 2 Salesforce domains such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (Data 360), or Industry Clouds.

· Proven consulting, stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills, with experience producing functional and technical solution documentation.
