Freelance Receptionist

You will be the main coordinator of the tuition centre branch, dealing with parents, students, trainers, and our customer service Team. The job is dynamic and requires that you have very good presentation skills, and be able to handle customers and new inquiries comfortably. Assist in operational support as and when required.

• Provide strong operational and administrative support to all students, parents, and teachers.
• Answer inquiries to customers who call or text, or walk-in to the centre.
• Generate invoices and assist in account matters.
• Communicate with tutors, parents and/or students on starting classes or schedule changes.

Your Requirements:

• Experience in enrichment centre is a plus but not necessary.
• Coordinate enrichment activities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Google applications (i.e Google Calendar, Google drive, Google Docs, Gmail etc) is a must.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Very comfortable using Telegram & Whatsapp.
• We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Comfortable working on Sundays.
