Senior / Guest Service Executive (Town area) | Immediate

Salary: $2,800 - $3,200

Location: Town area

Working Hours: 5 days work week, 44 hours per week
3 rotating shifts:
Shift A - 7am to 430pm
Shift B - 1pm to 1030pm
Shift C - 10pm to 730am

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager to provide friendly and helpful service to guests.
• Handle guests’ questions, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
• Answer all telephone calls promptly, ideally within three rings.
• Handle cashier duties and follow the hotel’s rules and procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with guests and always be welcoming and professional.
• Know the different room types, prices, and availability, and promote room upgrades when appropriate.
• Take responsibility for solving guest problems and complaints. Inform the supervisor when further action is needed and complete reports when necessary.
• Follow all guest room security, emergency, and fire safety procedures. Encourage guests to use the hotel’s safe deposit boxes.
• Be familiar with the hotel’s facilities, events, and nearby attractions so you can provide accurate information to guests.
• Communicate professionally and work well with other hotel staff.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance and keep the work area clean and tidy.

Qualification:

• Relevant front desk experience
