Site Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervise daily site operations to ensure projects are finished safely, on time, and within budget

Responsibilities

• To lead, supervise, and coordinate site works.

• Work closely with Project Manager to ensure contracted works meet all requirements, acceptable standards and targeted dates.

• Supervise sub-contractors and in-house workers to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards

• Inspect work sites for hazards, enforce health and safety rules, and ensure proper use of protective equipment.

• Resolve on-site issues efficiently and quickly.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Requirements

• 1-2 years of construction work experience
• Possess BCSS
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings
