Age.3 is looking for energetic and friendly Service Crew to join our team at ION Orchard.

We are looking for people who enjoy working with customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders and operate the POS/cashier system
• Prepare, pack and serve food and beverages according to Age.3 standards
• Ensure orders are accurate and served promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the outlet
• Replenish ingredients, packaging and other supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety, hygiene and operational SOPs
• Work closely with the team to manage busy peak periods
• Provide a positive and welcoming customer experience

Requirements

• F&B experience preferred, particularly from kiosks, fast-food restaurants, QSR or other high-volume F&B concepts
• Candidates without experience but with a positive attitude are welcome to apply
• Friendly, energetic and customer-oriented
• Well-groomed, presentable and professional
• Able to communicate confidently with customers
• Responsible, punctual and a good team player
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only
