Operation manager

• To manage, control and monitor operational activities including staffing, training and development and visual merchandising to ensure smooth operation and achievement of target
• Monitor and drive team performance by setting annual work target and responsible for work achievement
• Review and analyze staff performance for each team
• To ensure daily company operations are complying to Standard Operating Procedure
• Regular meeting with the operations and training teams to create strategic planning
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields is required, preferably from the retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skills and communication skills
