Senior Staff Nurse (NQ/Informatics/Transformation) *Office Hours*

• Lead nursing digitalisation and EMR initiatives
• Act as liaison between clinical teams and IT to optimise workflows
• Support project implementation (requirements, UAT, roll-out and support)
• Drive process improvement and innovation initiatives
• Evaluate and implement healthcare technologies and system integration
• Deliver training, user support, and stakeholder engagement

Job Requirement:

• Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Nursing or equivalent
• Formal training/certification in Nursing Informatics, Health Informatics, Quality Improvement or Project Management is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in acute care
• Experience in project implementation (e.g., UAT, training, requirements)
• Exposure to EMR, digitalisation or healthcare IT systems
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
