The Opportunity

We are expanding our Patient Relations team and looking for service-driven, detail-oriented individuals to join us as Clinic Officers. You will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients, from their first enquiry to their final follow-up.

No prior medical experience is required, we provide structured, hands-on training to equip you with the skills to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and respond to enquiries

• Handle cashiering, invoicing, and payment collection

• Prepare instruments and treatment rooms before consultations

• Support podiatrists during patient assessments and treatments

• Maintain patient records, clinic inventory, and cleanliness

• Ensure all equipment is operationally ready

• Perform opening/closing duties and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages a bonus)

• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills

• Warm, professional, and confident in patient interactions

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and work in a team

• Work Days: 5 / 5.5 / 6 days, Mon - Sun

• Working Hours:

  Morning Shift: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  Evening Shift: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
