About this job
- Liaising with affected residents, businesses and stakeholders.
- Providing advance notification of watermain/road works.
- Handling and recording public feedback and complaints.
- Coordinating with the Contractor's site team to investigate complaints.
- Following up on corrective actions.
- Maintaining a complaint/feedback register.
- Coordinating access issues for residents, shops and businesses.
- Assisting with communication for traffic diversions, road closures and construction activities.
- Coordinating with relevant authorities and stakeholders where required.
- Preparing regular stakeholder/public-relations reports.
- Attending site meetings relating to public feedback and construction impact.
