Nurse Manager (Community/2 shifts/Central)

• Oversee and coordinate departmental operations, ensuring effective utilisation of resources and smooth day-to-day activities.
• Maintain compliance with applicable nursing standards, healthcare regulations, and organisational policies.
• Lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, evidence-based, and patient-centred rehabilitation care.
• Support staff performance and career development through mentoring, training, and regular performance reviews.
• Manage nursing manpower, departmental expenditure, and budget planning to ensure efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Able to perform 2 rotating shift duties (1/2days of PM shift per week)
