Role Overview:
This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality IT projects and system implementations to ensure enterprise initiatives across NTUC First Campus are executed seamlessly and stay on track. The position assists in overseeing day-to-day project operations, vendor deliverables, cross-functional user coordination, milestone tracking, and risk management, with a primary focus on driving the successful rollout and implementation of Workday Financial Management (Finance) across the organization.
The role is responsible for tracking project activities, monitoring & highlighting any risks & delays, and coordinating with various stakeholders including internal business stakeholders, external implementation partners, and technology teams. Working closely with users to ensure project requirements, user acceptance testing, and change initiatives are smoothly delivered, this position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Applications (Enterprise Applications).
Job Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day project activities, track milestones against planned roadmaps, and ensure core Workday Finance project deliverables remain on schedule, alongside other project management activities for assigned project(s).
● Proactively identify, monitor, and highlight any project risks, bottlenecks, or schedule delays to the Senior IT PM, assisting in driving timely mitigation actions.
● Serve as one of the points of contact for external implementation partners and technology vendors, tracking deliverables and vendor tasks.
● Coordinate closely across internal business users to align on requirements, maintain clear project communications, and manage user expectations.
● Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, manage defect logging with vendors, assist in operational process mapping, and help facilitate change initiatives for end users.
● Maintain up-to-date project records including RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs, status reports, action items, and meeting minutes. Job Requirements
● Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
● 5 to 10 years of experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, or system rollout support.
● Prior experience with Workday Financial Management implementation (e.g., Core Financials, General Ledger, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, or Financial Reporting) is highly preferred.
● Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts, Agile/Waterfall project methodologies, and tools like ServiceNow or Google Sheets.
● Excellent coordination and follow-up skills, strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.
