Job Title: Production Executive / Senior Production Executive (ID1775)
Location: Pioneer Kian Teck
Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: $4000 -$5000

Job Responsibilities:
Key Tasks
• Monitor department's achievement activity.
• Co-ordinate production activities with other departments.
• Plan 5S activities
• Ensure machinery, manpower and material availability.
• Control wastage
• Ensure proper processing of non-conforming materials.
• Ensure acceptable standard of housekeeping on the shopfloor.
• Ensure all documents and quality records are properly kept and maintained.
• Assist Production Manager in reviewing and improving the production process.
Other Tasks
• Motivate staff and promote their welfare.
• Collect and provide production datas for performance indicators.
• Improve the working environment.
• Liaise with maintenance officer regarding the schedule for calibration of tank and floor weighing scale.
• 5S
• Be a member of factory meeting.
