Senior Executive, Information Technology Governance & Admin Services

5 000 – 6 000 $

About this job

Our client is a Singapore property developer with a diverse portfolio of residential, investment, and serviced suite properties.

For a candidate in this role, you will be gaining exposure to enterprise-level governance, risk, and compliance functions within a large, diversified, multinational group - a strong differentiator for career growth into senior governance or risk leadership roles. The scope spanning Cyber Governance, AI Governance, ISO/IEC 27001 certification, and IT budget oversight offers rare, well-rounded experience that's increasingly in demand as companies formalize AI and cybersecurity governance functions. This role will provide high visibility and mentorship at a senior leadership level, which can accelerate professional development compared to a narrower, single-function governance role elsewhere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Group's IT Governance framework — maintaining trackers, governance calendar, and follow-ups on outstanding actions, cybersecurity reviews, and IT proposal assessments.

- Coordinate internal/external IT audits and ISO/IEC 27001 and Cyber Trust Mark certification, including evidence collection and ISMS documentation.

- Support AI Governance implementation — maintaining the AI Policy, reviewing AI use cases, and tracking AI risk/compliance assessments.

- Support annual D&T CAPEX/OPEX budget planning, expenditure tracking, and IT procurement/governance documentation.

- Draft management papers and approval submissions, and coordinate departmental meetings, training, and engagement activities.

Key Requirements:

- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, IT Audit, Cybersecurity Governance, or related technology function.

- Experience coordinating audits, ISO/IEC 27001, Cyber Trust Mark, or IT compliance activities.

- Experience in budget tracking, management reporting, and preparing business/approval papers.

- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams/SharePoint.
