Senior Business Development Manager (Regional Accounts)

Role Purpose

Drive revenue growth by securing high-value Commercial Office and Retail fit-out projects across Singapore and SEA. You will also lead the business development for our bespoke customized fixtures and joinery division, offering integrated solutions to premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Acquisition: Proactively hunt and close large-scale commercial office and retail fit-out contracts.
• Fixture & Joinery Sales: Drive growth for our customized fixture division, cross-selling bespoke millwork and furniture solutions to corporate and retail clients.
• Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring competitive technical and commercial proposals that maximize profit margins.
• Account Expansion: Secure Master Service Agreements (MSAs) for regional office and retail rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience specifically in Commercial Interior Fit-out or Contract Furniture/Joinery.
• A documented track record within the Singapore/SEA market.
• Strong understanding of fit-out costs, spatial planning, and the production process for customized fixtures/joinery.
• Expert at navigating complex contracts and value-engineering discussions to protect margins.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence C-suite stakeholders and procurement heads.
