Key Account Manager / Assistant Manager – FMCG | Salary Up to $7,000 per month

The Opportunity

We are seeking anexperienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager / Assistant Managerto join an established FMCG organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, volume and distribution across assigned key accounts.
• Develop customer strategies and business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
• Build strong relationships with key retail and Modern Trade customers.
• Manage trade & promotional budgets, pricing, trading terms and negotiations.
• Plan and execute promotions and in-store activations to drive sales and brand visibility.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitors and customer insights to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Sales teams for effective execution.
• Lead business reviews, presentations and performance discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Proven FMCG Sales / Key Account Management experience with a strong commercial track record.
• Experience managing Modern Trade / major retail accounts preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and business planning skills.
• Experience in trade spend, promotional execution and category management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Good understanding of Marketing, Category Management & Supply Chain.
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Self-motivated, collaborative and results-oriented.
