Production Assistant

Job Description:

• Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine operation.
• Assist in planning daily production schedules based on order requirements.
• Monitor production progress and report status updates to the supervisor.
• Support inventory management of consumables (e.g., tools, spare parts, raw materials).
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages for timely replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area.
• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide support for additional operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is required, preferably in a production assistant role.
• Basic computer knowledge (e.g. Excel and simple data entry).
• Ability to understand and communicate in English.
• Prior experience in machine operation or a production environment is an advantage.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
