Senior / Key Account Manager

Our client is a Singapore-based medtech company. You'll drive adoption of medical devices across Singapore. This is an individual contributor role. You'll own the full process, from finding new hospital accounts to closing deals to supporting clinical training after installation.

What You'll Do

• Build a pipeline of new hospital and clinic accounts
• Develop relationships with urologists, hospital procurement, and key decision makers
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close
• Support product training and be present during clinical procedures
• Grow usage within existing accounts after installation
• Represent the company at medical conferences and events
• Report on pipeline, forecasts, and market activity

What We're Looking For

• Minimally 3 years in medical device sales
• Experience selling to hospitals and working directly with surgeons
• Science or engineering degree preferred, not required
• Startup experience is a bonus
