Preschool Teacher (L2 Malay/ Tamil Language) - WCDT

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and learning activities for children.

Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

Monitor and support children's learning, development, and social skills.

Assist children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest time.

Observe and assess children's progress and maintain relevant records.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and well-being.

Ensure compliance with preschool policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.

Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) or equivalent recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

Possess L2 Teacher Certification issued by ECDA (most teaching positions require L2 certification).

Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Able to work well with children, parents, and colleagues.
