AI Transformation & Automation Specialist

• Up S$5,500 basic + UP to 2-month variable bonus
• 5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM
• Jurong East

Key Responsibilities

• Building AI agents to automate internal operations
• Designing AI-first workflows across departments such as Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Developing internal AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making
• Building end-to-end automations using APIs, AI models, MCPs, n8n, Make, and other orchestration platforms
• Identifying manual processes that can be eliminated or significantly improved using AI
• Training and supporting employees in adopting AI solutions

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Have at least 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Have hands-on experience building AI agents and workflow automations
