Job Summary

The AI Transformation & Automation Specialist is responsible for driving AI adoption across the organization by designing intelligent workflows, developing AI-powered tools, and automating business processes. The role works closely with multiple departments to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and decision-making through AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI agents to automate internal business operations.
• Design AI-first workflows across departments including Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Develop internal AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
• Build end-to-end automations using APIs, AI models, MCPs, n8n, Make, and other orchestration platforms.
• Identify manual processes that can be eliminated or significantly improved through AI.
• Train and support employees in adopting AI solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for business applications.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Autonomous Systems, Applied Artificial Intelligence, etc.
• At least 3 years of experience in building AI agents and workflow automations.
• Experience with AI models, APIs, workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Make), and orchestration tools.
• Passion for AI with a strong interest in staying updated on the latest developments.
• Able to learn new AI technologies quickly and work independently.
• Capable of managing projects with minimal supervision.
• Experience implementing AI solutions across multiple business functions.
